Greetings and warm welcomes Presently our city is campaigning to bring our population above the 40,000 resident mark, and with the 4 syllables in our proud name as our motto, our goal is to make Shiroishi a place close to one’s heart; a place where generations after generations call Shiroishi ‘home’. We are a forward-thinking, progressive city; setting our objectives high, and working vigorously towards accomplishing our goals. Our three core fundamentals are 「cooperation」, 「harmony」, and 「determination」. With these keywords at our foundation, and by actively working with members of the council and the community, together we can ensure our children’s future is in safe hands.
