Aged and Disability Services provides a range of services aimed at meeting
the needs of Shiroishi residents who are older people needing assistance,
or younger people with disabilities, and their carers.

Short-term care for elderly during periods of sickness or travel
- Daytime care Service (at local facility)
Service providing meals, baths and general help with other functional daily
activities
- Daytime Care Services (In-House visits)
Bathing service for bedridden
- Emergency Service for elderly living alone
Provides emergency service to elderly in times of sudden accident or illness
- Senior Citizens Club
Club for Senior Citizens involved in volunteer services for the community
- Everyday Items for the Elderly
Service providing beds, wheelchairs and other items to the elderly in need
- Respect for the Aged and Celebrations
Gifts and money are given to senior citizens on certain birthdays.
