Foreign Registeration |

All foreigners who stay in Japan for more than 90 days need to apply for
a Foreign Registration Card within the first 90 days of their stay. Applications
can be made at Shiroishi City Hall. The Foreign Registration Card is an
important document required for opening a bank account and similar activities.
Foreign residents are required to carry their registration card with them
at all times

If there are any changes in address, name, nationality, occupation, residency status, period of stay, place of employment or name/location of company subsequent to registration, you are required to notify your local municipality within 14 days.
